× AINGUBabies World, Pigeon, Farlin, Tinnies and Homeatic run as one group with one team. AINGU gives each brand its own number, inbox and knowledge base, and the group one place to see all of it.

The Babies World group sells baby care and nursery products — feeding, clothing, toys, home — through five Shopify stores. Each brand keeps its own WhatsApp number and identity, while one customer-service team looks after all five.
Five brands meant five inboxes and five sets of questions, with the same small team behind them. The group needed each brand to answer as itself, every cash-on-delivery order confirmed before dispatch, and one view across all five without mixing their customers.

Group-level tickets and reporting for the owner; brand-level inboxes for the agents.
Every order across all five stores messaged for confirmation the moment it lands in Shopify.
Stock, prices and availability from each brand's own Shopify catalogue.
Reminders started within days of going live, with the first carts recovered in the opening weeks.
When a customer sends a photo of a product, the AI hands it to the team with the context instead of guessing.
Measured inside AINGU on 25 September 2026, with test traffic removed. "Answered by AI" counts customer messages that received an AI reply with no human reply needed. A cart counts as recovered only when the customer received a reminder and then completed the purchase.
